This document provides you with the cancelation policy for using the reservation service provided by the Web Site www.cancun.net (Cancun Online).
Cancun Online may consider necessary to change this document and will do so without prior notification. The date of latest modification will be published at the bottom. If you are using Cancun Online reservation services, you will be bound to the policy which has been published at the time you submitted your reservation request.
All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to the assigned Travel Consultant with the reservation number as reference.
If a booking consists of different components, a particular component can be cancelled without affecting the state of the others. In this case, the cancellation terms of the respective component apply. If a complete booking with multiple components should be cancelled, the most restrictive terms apply.
Canceling flight component:
Special cancelation terms by the ariline may apply. If so, these terms have been published together with the final quote and form part of the cancelation policy.
The following are general cancelation policies which are applicable for most of the flights:
- Cancelation requests are 100% no refundable.
Canceling hotel component:
Special cancelation terms by the hotel may apply. If so, these terms have been published together with the final quote and form part of the cancellation policy.
The following are general cancellation policies which are applicable for most of our listed hotels.
- Cancelation requests made 15 (fifteen) or more days prior to confirmed arrival date are subject to a penalization of 10% on the total paid for the reservation.
- Cancelation requests made no more than 14 (fourteen) days and no less than 3 (three) days prior to the confirmed arrival date are subject to a penalization equal to the price of 2 (two) nights.
- Cancelation requests within 2 (two) days to the confirmed arrival date or a "no-show" are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be granted either for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure.
- Different cancelation policies for reservations made for Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for further details.
Canceling tour or shuttle component:
Special cancellation terms by the tour/shuttle operatior may apply. If so, these terms have been published together with the final quote and form part of the cancelation policy.
The following are general cancellation policies which are applicable for most of the available tours and shuttle services:
- Cancelation requests made 3 (three) or more days prior to the confirmed service date are subject to a 10% penalization on the total amount paid for the reservation.
- Cancelation requests within 2 (two) days to the confirmed service date or a "no-show" are 100% non refundable.

Special cancellation terms by the car rental operator may apply. If so, these terms have been published together with the final quote and form part of the cancelation policy.
The following are general cancellation policies which are applicable for most of the available tours and shuttle services:
- Cancelation requests made 3 (three) or more days prior to the confirmed service date are subject to a 10% penalization on the total amount paid for the reservation.
- Cancelation requests within 2 (two) days to the confirmed service date or a "no-show" are 100% non refundable.
