If you are using Cancun Online reservation services, you will be bound to the policy which has been published at the time you submitted your reservation request.
The transfer of the information from the reservation form to the server is done over a high-grade encrypted connection (SSL) and saved and stored securely. Your credit card information is stored encrypted with own encryption algorithm and only accessible to the personnel which performs the credit charge process.
Cancun Online works as an intermediate agent between you and the service providers (suppliers) listed on the website. By submitting a reservation request you are aware that we have to provide part of the data to the supplier in question. If you pay the requested services by credit cards we have to provide your payment details to the credit card clearance company.
Cancun Online keeps your personal data and will use it for the following purpose:
- We will send you a short survey immediately after having consumed the requested service, providing you with the possibility to comment about our reservation service.
